Can I customize my design to include a particular city? Can I have a city printed in a different color to make it stand out?
Absolutely! If there is a city that is important to you that is not currently included, please let us know and we can add it in for no additional charge. Also, we can print a city in a different color to make it stand out. We recommend red, orange, yellow, green, and turquoise (depending on which color background you would like).
Can you create a custom design for me?
We love working on custom designs for our customers. If you would like to order a country or major city that we do not yet have listed, please contact us and we can discuss options and turnaround times.
This is a gift and I would like to send it directly to the recipient. Could you please include a note?
Certainly. Please leave us a message when checking out with the details of the note and we’ll be sure to include it in the package. Also, since it’s a gift, we’ll be sure to exclude the invoice. (Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift wrapping.)
What is your return policy?
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and we can make arrangements.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipping on all of our packages. Shipping times vary and it can generally take 2-5 weeks to arrive.
How long does it take for my package to ship?
Our goal is to have all packages shipped within 1-2 business days. Within the USA, packages that ship via USPS First Class Mail should arrive within 3-5 days of being shipped. Shipments sent via USPS Priority Mail should arrive within 2-3 days of being shipped. Internationally, shipping times vary but packages generally take 2-5 weeks to arrive.
How do you ship your packages?
We ship our prints in a stay-flat mailer along with a sturdy, corrugated pad for added protection. Mugs are carefully packaged using bubble wrap and packing peanuts. Our apparel ships in a waterproof poly envelope.
